I'm embracing the forward momentum of the Horse Year coming in, letting go of the shedding and death cycles of the Snake Year. I can feel the shift as cycles close and joy, power, and inspiration are returning to me. I've incorporated symbolism of the Fool card in Tarot, with the fool riding a horse over the threshold into new beginnings. The mandala sun, small dog, and cliff edge are all a nod to the card. Cairns show the rider is on the right path.

A women sits in her magical healing apothecary. Stone walls give way to a night sky, lit by a full moon and the Pleiades constellation. Pets, creativity, music, whole foods, meditation, and play are her medicines.

Embracing My Healing Era

This page is a reflection on my softening into acceptance. Chronic illness has been a challenge in every way. But as I lean into the rest, remembering, and nurturing of my own self, it's also unlocking something in me: Magic. It's been a blessing in disguise, in a lot of ways. Featuring my best medicines: creativity, water, sunlight, the Earth, nurturing foods, the moon, meditation, music, and pets.
